This listing includes 2 different floral scrollwork designs: A, B.

Each option is ONE single-piece aluminum alloy embossing mold. Please check the listing photos carefully and select the corresponding style before ordering.

These larger decorative patterns are especially suitable for:

The designs combine Western floral carving, flowing scrollwork and textured background details, creating a deep dimensional embossed effect on vegetable-tanned leather.

IMPORTANT – MACHINE REQUIRED:
This is a professional pressure embossing mold and is NOT designed for hand hammering or G-clamp use.

For the detailed effect shown in the photos, a hydraulic press is required.

HOW TO USE:
1. Lightly spray or dampen the vegetable-tanned leather.
2. Secure and center the mold on the hydraulic press.
3. Place a soft silicone pad over/under the leather as appropriate for your setup.
4. Position the leather carefully over the mold.
5. Adjust the pressure and press evenly.
6. Check the first test impression before working on your final leather piece.

An electric hydraulic press around 8–10 tons is recommended for this type of embossing work.

However, different machines, leather thicknesses, leather moisture levels and leather temper can require different pressure settings. Please always test on scrap leather first and adjust the pressure gradually.

The leather impressions shown in the listing photos were made by cold pressing vegetable-tanned leather with a hydraulic press.

• Each style is sold separately.
• Please select A, B or C according to the listing photos.
• Because pressure equipment and leather conditions vary, the final embossing depth may differ slightly from the sample photos.
