Floral Leather Embossing Mold Collection B

This collection includes eight individual floral embossing mold designs. Each mold is sold separately and can be selected by option A, B, C, D, E, F, G, or H.

Important – Please Read Before Purchase

• This listing is for ONE aluminum leather embossing mold in your selected design.
• It is NOT a finished leather patch.
• The eight floral patterns shown in the photos are separate options, not a full set.
• Please choose your preferred design from A to H before placing your order.
• A hydraulic press is recommended for the best embossing result.
• Vegetable-tanned leather is recommended.
• Leather pieces, silicone pads, hydraulic press machines, and other tools shown in the photos are not included.

How To Use

1. Lightly spray the vegetable-tanned leather with clean water until the surface becomes evenly damp. Do not soak it completely.

2. Fix the mold securely in the center of the hydraulic press and make sure it stays flat and stable.

3. Place a soft silicone pad on the lower pressing surface.

4. Put the damp leather on top of the silicone pad and align it carefully.

5. Adjust the pressure gradually and test first before pressing your final piece.

6. An electric hydraulic press around 8–10 tons is recommended, but the suitable pressure depends on your machine, leather thickness, leather moisture, silicone pad softness, and the leather itself.

7. Please always test on scrap leather first.

• Embossing depth and final detail may vary depending on leather thickness, leather moisture, pressure, silicone pad, and machine setup.
• Slight machining marks on the aluminum surface are normal and do not affect use.
• Because the size is measured manually, a small measurement difference may occur.
