Required Press Machine
This mold must be used with an electric hydraulic press of 10 tons or above.
Because this is a detailed 3D relief mold, strong and even pressure is necessary to achieve a clear embossed result.
A hand press, arbor press, small manual press, or low-pressure machine is not recommended for this design.
Usage Notes
– Slightly moistening the leather before pressing can help create a cleaner and deeper impression.
– For leather under 2.5 mm, a silicone pad may help improve the pressing result.
– Please make sure the leather, mold, and pressing surface are flat and properly aligned before pressing.
– Uneven pressure may cause some details to appear shallow or incomplete.
– The final result may vary depending on leather type, thickness, moisture level, machine pressure, and pressing flatness.
