Tangcao Belt Leather Stamp Mold for vegetable-tanned leather, made from 2A12 super duralumin Mold. This pattern is designed for infinite extension, making it suitable for belt and strap embossing projects.

Important Notes
- Suitable for leather thickness of 2.5mm or above
- If the leather is below 2.5mm, please use a silicone pad (silicone pad is not included)
- This mold must be used with a press or suitable machinery
- Around 10 tons of pressure is normally recommended
- When embossing, align the pattern interface to continue the design infinitely
- The photos show the effect made by a hydraulic press
Please Note
- Designed mainly for vegetable-tanned leather
- Different leather density, moisture level, and machine pressure may affect the final result
- Wetting the leather surface properly before pressing can help improve the embossing result
- Final repeat effect depends on alignment accuracy during pressing
