MenHandCraftStudio takes care in reviewing order details before production and shipment. Because many items are made to order, returns and refunds may not be available once production has started.
This is especially true for custom leather stamp molds created from customer artwork, design requests, or project-specific requirements.
Questions about design, size, feasibility, and production details are best confirmed before ordering to reduce misunderstandings and ensure the project is suitable for real leather use.
Made-to-Order and Custom Items
Existing designs are often produced as made-to-order items. In most cases, production begins after the order is confirmed.
Custom orders are created based on customer-provided references, artwork, or project requirements. Because of the personalized nature of these orders, they are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a clear problem related to shipping damage or if you receive the wrong item, please contact MenHandCraftStudio as soon as possible.
When possible, please include your order details and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed more quickly.
Refunds
Refund decisions are reviewed case by case depending on the order type, production status, and the nature of the issue.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges may only be possible in limited cases, such as receiving a clearly incorrect item or an item affected by shipping damage.
