Repeating Geometric Belt Leather Stamp Molds — A–F or Complete Set

Create continuous geometric and textured impressions along vegetable-tanned leather belts and straps. Choose one of six patterns, A, B, C, D, E or F, or select the complete set. These are single-piece aluminum alloy pressure embossing molds, designed primarily for approximately 38 mm / 1.5 inch straps.

Seven Options and What Is Included

• A / B / C / D / E / F: one embossing mold in your selected design. The auxiliary outer alignment guide is not included with individual purchases.
• SET OF 6 + GUIDE: all six embossing molds A–F, plus one auxiliary outer alignment guide at no additional charge.

The guide helps keep the strap and mold in a more consistent position during repeated pressing. It is an alignment aid; it does not guarantee completely invisible joins. The set guide is the exception to our usual mold-only package contents. Orders are packed in a cardboard box. Leather, press, silicone pad and other demonstration equipment are not included.

Size, Material and Equipment

• Recommended strap width: approximately 38 mm / 1.5 inches.
• Material: aluminum alloy.
• Recommended leather: vegetable-tanned leather.
• Process: cold pressure embossing.
• Use suitable professional hydraulic pressing equipment. These molds are not intended for hand hammering, G-clamps or light hand presses.

Compare the A–F pattern photos before selecting an option. Confirm exact mold length and outer dimensions with the studio if they are critical to your setup. An electric hydraulic press around 8–10 tons is generally recommended for these designs, but the required setting varies with mold area, machine, leather, moisture, backing and pressing time. Test on scrap leather and increase pressure gradually.

Connecting the Repeating Pattern

1. Lightly and evenly dampen suitable vegetable-tanned leather.
2. Position and support the mold and leather in your press; use backing appropriate to your setup.
3. Make a test impression and check the depth and alignment.
4. Move the strap forward and align the previous impression with the next repeat. With the set, use the included outer guide as demonstrated in the video.
5. Keep the mold orientation and tested pressure consistent, checking each join as you continue.

Small joining lines or changes in depth can occur. Accurate positioning and consistent pressure help; the result also depends on leather thickness, moisture, temper, pad softness and machine setup. Appropriate finishing, such as dyeing, oiling, waxing or antiquing, may help soften a minor transition visually.

Production and Delivery

Made to order. Production takes approximately 1–2 weeks before shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination. For EU delivery, the checkout total including applicable prepaid fees must remain within the €150 order limit; the complete set is above that limit and cannot be ordered as one EU parcel.
