Repeating Sunflower Belt Stamp Mold, 148 × 30 mm

Description

This listing is for ONE single-piece aluminum alloy leather embossing mold.

The design features a continuous sunflower-style floral pattern with flowing leaves, scroll details and a textured background.

The two ends of the pattern are designed for repeat alignment, allowing the impression to be extended continuously along a leather strip. By repositioning the mold after each press, you can create a long, seamless decorative pattern for belts and other strap projects.

IMPORTANT – MACHINE REQUIRED:
This is a professional pressure embossing mold and is NOT designed for hand hammering or G-clamp use.

For the detailed and deep effect shown in the photos, a hydraulic press is required.

How To Use

Lightly spray or dampen the vegetable-tanned leather.
Secure and center the mold on the hydraulic press.
Place a soft silicone pad over/under the leather as appropriate for your setup.
Position the leather carefully over the mold.
Adjust the pressure and press evenly.
For a continuous pattern, move the leather and carefully align the next section with the end of the previous impression.
Check the alignment before applying full pressure.
Always make a test impression before working on your final leather piece.

An electric hydraulic press around 8–10 tons is recommended for this type of embossing work.

However, different machines, leather thicknesses, leather moisture levels and leather temper can require different pressure settings. Please always test on scrap leather first and adjust the pressure gradually.

PLEASE NOTE:
• This listing is for the aluminum embossing mold only.
• Leather pieces shown in the photos are demonstration samples and are not included.
• This is a single-piece mold.
• The pattern is designed to repeat continuously when correctly aligned.
• Careful positioning is required between each impression when extending the pattern.
• Because pressure equipment and leather conditions vary, the final embossing depth may differ slightly from the sample photos.

Made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks before shipment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination.
