Recommended Press Machine

This mold is recommended to be used with a hydraulic press for the best embossing result.

Although this is a smaller design, even pressure is still important to make the horseshoe outline, flower petals, leaves, and small details appear clearly.

A hand press, arbor press, or low-pressure machine may not create enough even pressure for a clean impression.

For best results, we recommend using a hydraulic press of 10 tons or above.

Usage Notes

• Slightly moistening the leather before pressing can help create a cleaner impression.
• For leather under 2.5 mm, a silicone pad may help improve the pressing result.
• Please make sure the leather, mold, and pressing surface are flat before pressing.
• Uneven pressure may cause some details to appear shallow or incomplete.
• The final result may vary depending on leather type, thickness, moisture level, machine pressure, and pressing flatness.
