Doberman Leather Stamp Mold

This 3D Doberman leather stamp mold is designed for leather crafters who want strong depth, sharp detail, and a bold embossed result. It is made from 2A12 super duralumin and is suitable for vegetable tanned leather projects.

• Big: 118 mm × 118 mm

• Small: 78 mm × 78 mm

• Pattern size: about 72 mm

Material

• 2A12 super duralumin

• Mold depth: 15 mm

Suitable For

• Vegetable tanned leather

• Leather thickness of 2.5 mm or above

Important Notes

• For leather below 2.5 mm, please use silicone pads for better embossing support

• Silicone pads are not included

• Cold pressing or hot pressing can be used

• When pressing, make sure the upper and lower molds are aligned correctly

• Incorrect positioning may damage the mold

• The mold can first be pressed into the leather from the upper and lower mold structure, then the leather is pressed for the final result

Pressing Reference

• The sample result shown in the photos was made with a hydraulic press

• Around 10 tons of pressure is typically used for clear embossing results
