Important Notes

• The thicker the leather, the greater the pressure required

• This mold must be used with a professional machine or press

• Suitable for leather thickness of 2.5 mm or above

• For leather below 2.5 mm, silicone pads should be used for support

• Silicone pads are not included

• When pressing, align the front and back mold parts correctly

• Incorrect positioning may damage the mold

• It is recommended to press the mold first, then fix the upper and lower molds before pressing the leather

• The final effect is related to pressure

• Around 10 tons is commonly used as a reference

• The sample image shows the extrusion effect made with a 10-ton hydraulic press
