I received the mold/stamp today and I experimented with three machines I have that could be used for embossing in leather. Hand stamping was my first attempt and didn't produce satisfactory imprint. Next I used hand press that I use to set rivets in leather that comes with an embossing round plate. This was better but still not all the details this stamp was capable of. Next I used clicker cut out die press and was the best so far, But the perfect job was done by my hand built 20 ton hydraulic press. I put acrylic above and below the stamp and leather. I noticed that the back side of the acrylic filled in the back side of the mold to help the details fill in just as if you had a two part mold. In Jewelry we call this synclastic and aclastic when forming rings and bracelets. Fantastic job producing this stamp/mold.
