Returns & Exchanges Policy (Handmade • Made to Order)

All items are handmade and made to order by me. Because each mold is produced specifically for your order, I’m only able to accept returns/exchanges in the situations below.

I can accept a return/exchange if:
- Damaged or defective on arrival, or the wrong item received.
- Shipped late beyond my stated processing window (1–3 weeks/1-2 weeks, depending on the period setting) due to my fault.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the shipping label/carton.

I’m not able to accept returns when:
- The item was produced and shipped on time (within the 1–3 week window) and delivered within the carrier’s estimate.
- The reason is change of mind, no longer needed, or event timing didn’t match after on-time shipment.
- The item has been used or shows signs of use/pressing.
- Custom designs (bespoke patterns, size changes) unless there is a quality issue.

Lost or missing parcels:
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, I will remake and reship the order.
If tracking is paused, I will assist with a trace; once the carrier confirms loss, I’ll proceed with a replacement.

How to report an issue:
Message me within 7 days of delivery.
Include order number, photos (item + outer box + label), and a brief description.
I’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund (case-by-case) and share next steps.

Return shipping (when approved):
Buyer uses a tracked, insured service and is responsible for return postage and any customs/taxes on the way back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after I receive and inspect the item. Shipping/taxes are non-refundable.
