Material:
2A12 super duralumin Mold

Size:
- Big 205mm*30mm (Deep)
- Small 150mm*40mm (Shallow)

Suitable for thickness of 2.5mm or above (Leather below 2.5mm needs to be used with silicone pads, not equipped with silicone pads)

This mold needs to be used with a press, and the effect is related to the pressure (Normally 10 tons)

The picture shows the effect of the hydraulic press

Attention:
- The pictures in these two different sizes have slightly different molds (Big size with 3/4 head on it and Small size with whole head on it)
- If the press is not enough, the details won't show well on the leather
- Normally the mold is bigger, but the press needs more (You can send a message to me if you are not sure about the press that is needed with this mold and I will give you an answer soon)
- If that's the biggest press on your machine and can't be bigger anymore, you can try to stay on the machine for a while on the leather and mold, the effect can be better.
